Hello! SPOT is a research project that has provided HIV testing and testing for other sexually transmitted infections (STIs) to gay and bisexual men at an innovative community site on Amherst Street in Montreal since 2009. We’ve just completed our most recent study, underway since 2013, and our services are currently taking a break.

As a result, it won’t be possible to get an appointment at SPOT for HIV or STI testing over the next few weeks. However, we hope you will stay in touch! Information about our upcoming activities will be posted to this website in the very near future along with a summary of the highlights and main findings from the research that has been conducted at SPOT. Please see below for a list of other places where you can go for HIV and STI testing in Montreal.

Special thanks to all the men in the community who participated in the research we’ve undertaken at SPOT over the past seven years.
